AIRCRAFT USE: ALDOT will make every effort to accommodate approved flight request. Aircraft usage will be authorized at the discretion of the Transportation Director. Aircraft use is viewed as supportive and may be rescheduled or cancelled at any time. Requesting agencies are responsible for arranging (passenger) ground transportation.
